As part of the new GDPR regulations 2018 our privacy policy is as follows.

We do not send mail shots or store customer information on our website.

Card payment data in the form of the official till receipt is kept until the payment is processed. We do not keep any card pin numbers. Once processed and cleared the till receipts are at most after 31 days.

Our accounts software stores customer names and addresses and vehicle details for lookup records in accordance with HMRC accounting rules. This is not used or transmitted over the internet. These are stored for 6 years then deleted.

We keep names, vehicle details, customer complaint, parts and work carried out on job cards which are stored for vehicle lookup and technical reasons.
