Full payment of invoice is due on collection of any goods or labour supplied unless an account has been pre arranged


All account invoices are due for payment on 30th of the month following the invoice date. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 2% per month.


Any costs incurred in collecting bad debts will be charged to the debtor.


Ownership of goods shall not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made in full.


All work or goods supplied is guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials used in the repair of an injection assembly for 12 months or 24,000 miles, whichever is sooner.


Old core units must be returned within 14 days of the supply of an exchange unit or no surcharge will be refunded.


Warranty claims will only be accepted providing notice of claim is made within 7 days of a fault occurring. Cost of repairs by 3rd parties will not be accepted unless authorisation has been given by ourselves for these repairs to be undertaken and all parts must be made available for our inspection and a full report given.


Vehicles left in our custody from 30 days after authorised the work has been completed will be liable to storage charge of £15.00 per day until the date of collection. Storage of any other vehicle will be charged at £15.00 per day.


Work is only undertaken on the understanding that these terms and conditions are accepted.
